The San Diego Tourism Authority asked us to craft a comprehensive strategy for increasing membership to their platform for businesses. We turned the assignment on its head and gave the business something worth paying for: customers.

Buy defining a guide experience that live in smart phones, computers, travel sites, and retail environments, we positioned SDTA as the ultimate authority on what travelers should be doing, and used those travelers as our editorial team to keep the experience relevant and fresh.
